Brisket Boss was founded by Royce D. Simmons, an Army veteran whose passion for BBQ began long before the business itself. Inspired by decades of family tradition and recipes passed down through generations. Royce built Brisket Boss on the belief that great BBQ has the power to bring people together.
After serving in the military and building a successful professional career, Royce returned to his roots with a mission to create bold Texas flavors while honoring the traditions that shaped him.
What started with handcrafted seasonings and family recipes has grown into a trusted BBQ catering company serving businesses, organizations and communities throughout the DFW Metroples.
