The Brisket Boss was founded by Royce D. Simmons, an Army veteran, who believes “everyone is entitled to a good mouthful of delicious BBQ”. Royce’s passion for preparing delicious BBQ comes from his father, the late Royce Simmons, and Uncle Billy Johnson.
