This incredible honor was announced on Juneteenth, making the moment even more meaningful. After a remarkable 40-year career with Lockheed Martin Aerospace, our founder launched Brisket Boss in 2022, driven by a passion for great food and community. This recognition marks a major milestone in our journey.
A heartfelt thank you to the Arlington Black Chamber of Commerce for this prestigious award. As our founder often says: “Work hard and dream big—God will handle the rest.”
Adding to the significance of the occasion, the award ceremony coincided with what would have been his late mother’s 87th birthday—turning the celebration into something truly unforgettable.
